1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Gamdom at gamdom.bz, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create an account.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Gamdom with respect to your use of the platform. They apply alongside any additional terms attached to specific promotions, games, or features that may be published from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

These Terms are written in English and are addressed to users in Pakistan. If there is any ambiguity in interpretation, the meaning most consistent with the purpose of protecting users and ensuring fair platform operation will apply.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To use Gamdom you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be using the platform as an individual for personal entertainment, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with Gamdom or any other operator at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not open more than one account. Each person is entitled to one Gamdom account only.

Gamdom reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in your account being restricted until verification is completed.

If you provide false information during registration, or if it later emerges that you did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of signing up, Gamdom reserves the right to close your account immediately and retain any balance in the account in accordance with applicable policy.

3 Account Security

Your Gamdom account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Gamdom will treat any action taken using your login details as having been authorised by you.

• Never share your password with anyone, including Gamdom customer support staff. Support agents will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Gamdom support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Gamdom will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, Gamdom may temporarily lock your account while an investigation is carried out.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All Pakistan accounts on Gamdom operate in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Mobile wallets

Deposits are processed promptly and in most cases reflect in your account within minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but Gamdom aims to process all withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within a short timeframe during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Gamdom reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted over time. Gamdom may also require additional verification before processing large withdrawals, in line with standard anti-money laundering procedures.

If a deposit is made in error or a reversal is requested through your payment provider after the funds have been used for betting or gaming activity, Gamdom reserves the right to recover those amounts from your account balance or from future deposits.

5 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on Gamdom are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules. The following general principles apply across the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, Gamdom reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users' accounts.
• For cricket and PSL markets, in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. Gamdom is not liable for delays or interruptions to live data that affect in-play betting.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements from bonus funds.
• Casino games use certified random number generation. Results are final once a game round is completed and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness of outcome.

Gamdom reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known or fixed at the time the bet was placed, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or corruption affecting the event.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Gamdom offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets during PSL season, and casino promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. These are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds and must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts is prohibited.
• Gamdom reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to coordinated play designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Bonuses and free bets have expiry windows. Any unused bonus funds or free bets that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gamdom. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account for your benefit.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to guarantee profit while circumventing normal platform risk.
• Money laundering, using the platform to process illegitimate funds, or depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your name.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or impersonating another user.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's systems, servers, or security infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.

Gamdom monitors accounts and betting patterns for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, Gamdom may freeze an account and withhold any balance pending investigation. Gamdom's decision on such matters is final.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on Gamdom, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds, is the intellectual property of Gamdom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Gamdom platform for your own personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.

The Gamdom name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Gamdom provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain platform uptime and stability, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Gamdom's control.

• Gamdom is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of relying on inaccurate data, odds feeds, or game results caused by technical failures outside Gamdom's reasonable control.
• Gamdom is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Gamdom's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits Gamdom's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Privacy and Data

Gamdom collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

The personal data collected includes registration details, payment information, betting history, device information, and communications with support. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Gamdom will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors and identity verification providers only to the extent necessary to provide the platform's services.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

Gamdom may close or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Gamdom suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• You have provided false identity or payment information.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed by Gamdom due to a breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach, your real-money balance will be returned to you following identity verification.

13 Amendments to Terms

Gamdom reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users of significant changes via their registered email address or through a platform notification.

Your continued use of Gamdom after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Any bets or wagers placed before an amendment takes effect will be governed by the Terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
